The second part of our service includes a control unit, ie a system intended for facility management, in addition to the energy monitoring. Automatic monitoring and management systems are usually the so called “SCADA systems” which were not originaly designed for saving energy. Because of the need to manage the energy consumption with more precision, we have developed a new, more precise tool that we call “Control center”, which allows us to plan and program even the smallest interventions in the system. All these slight interventions enabled us to control the consumption of energy at a completely new level, reaching this way our final goal - saving energy. 

The combination of our knowledge and experience in this area in addition to the experience of your technical services and proper tools installed in key positions allows us to conduct energy management and leed to great results in terms of energy take-over and financial savings.  

The "Control center" is connected to the application “Energy Monitor” which collects and analyses all the measured data. The system allows us to realize a great number of possibilities when it comes to operating boiler rooms, ventilation systems, heating or cooling of facilities. In cases of any anomalies or interventions of the system, the user receives pop-up notifications or e-mail messages. 

After having analised all the collected data, depending on different parameters, we create a specific energy management plan. The plan varies from user to user or, from facility to facility. By taking into consideration different data, such as months in which consumption reaches its peak and highest numbers in consumption we create a specific performance program. 

The number of facilities in which we can simultaneously implement our energy management solutions is unlimited.
